Minakashi Steel Agenices

Minakashi Steel Agenices is located right opposite the High Court, so there is always plenty of activity around here. Being near the court means lots of lawyers and people in a hurry walking past our front door every single day. We deal with steel, so things can get a bit heavy and noisy when we are moving stock around. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Most of the time, the floor is covered in a bit of metal dust, and the smell of iron is just something we are used to now. It’s a practical sort of place. We don’t spend much time on decorations because that isn't what people come here for. They usually have a specific size or type of steel in mind when they walk in. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite hot inside, so we keep the fans running at full speed. Usually, we are busy answering the phone or checking the latest arrivals from the suppliers. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the buildings around us change, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. You just find us across the street from the court gates. We close up when the sun goes down and head home.
