Our office is at Lingraj House, which is tucked away just behind the Mangalam Hotel in Samta Colony. It is a decent spot, a bit quieter than the main roads but still easy enough to find if you know where the hotel is. We deal with steel and power projects, which keeps us pretty busy most weeks. The building itself is just a regular house that we converted into an office space. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, which we prefer over those cold, glass buildings you see in the city center. We have a small group of people working here, mostly focusing on the logistics and the planning side of things. There is usually a lot of talk about tonnages and schedules going on in the hallways. We don't really go for anything fancy. The furniture is a bit old, and the filing cabinets are definitely full, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It is a practical place for practical people. When things get stressful, we usually just take a break and grab some snacks from the local shops nearby. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a local team trying to keep our projects moving forward. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss.
