Out here in the Urla Industrial Area, things are always moving. Our spot at Plot No. 578-596 is a pretty big stretch of land, so there is plenty of room for all the heavy steel we handle. It gets real dusty when the wind picks up, and the sound of the trucks never really stops. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is not a quiet place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. Most of us live nearby and have been working in this industrial belt for a long time. We know the shortcuts through the traffic and where to get the best tea during our afternoon break. Working with ispat means getting your hands dirty and dealing with a lot of weight every single day. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning. We just have our desks and our equipment right where the work happens. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy, but the work has to go on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just show up at the plot, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It is basic, hard work that keeps this whole area running.
