Kotra Greens Producer Company Limited is located at Harit Farm House. It’s owned by Santosh Sharma and is right near the police station on Bir Bangra Road. We are mostly focused on greens and other farm produce. Being out on Bir Bangra Road means we have a bit of space, but it’s still a very local, hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big corporate staff. It’s just us and some people from the nearby area. We spend a lot of time outside at the farm house. It’s not a polished environment. There’s usually some dirt on the floor and a lot of noise from the road or the farm equipment. We like it that way because it feels real. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything like that. We just produce what we can and try to manage the business side of things without making it too complicated. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we sit down at the farm house and get through it. It’s a practical way to live and work. Most of the people involved have been farming for years, so we know what we are doing when it comes to the plants. The company name sounds a bit formal, but in person, we are just a bunch of neighbors working together. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work every day. It’s a lot of physical labor, but seeing the greens grow makes it all feel worth the effort we put in.
