Our office for Khyati Ispat Pvt Ltd is at B-10 in Green Orchid, which is part of Avani Vihar in the Mowa area of Raipur. It’s a bit of a growing neighborhood, and Dal-Dal Seoni is right nearby. We deal in steel, specifically the "ispat" side of things. Raipur is a big hub for this kind of industry, so we are right where we need to be. The office is in a residential-looking area, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main industrial belt. We have a small staff here handling the sales and the logistics. It’s mostly phone calls and spreadsheets all day long. We try to keep things organized, but in the steel business, things can get a bit chaotic with delivery schedules and market prices changing every day. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a polished marketing plan. We just buy and sell and make sure the trucks get to where they’re going. The Chhattisgarh heat can be something else in the summer, but we’ve got our fans and we keep at it. People know us for being straightforward. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just steel trading and management. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the Mowa area develop quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work from. We focus on the daily tasks.
