Our place is in Village-Dasgarpara, near the Rawaniya post office. We’re located right near the petrol pump, which is probably the easiest way to find us if you’re driving through the district. Jindal Saw Ltd. has a presence here that’s quite tied to the local area. It’s a village setting, so it’s not like being in a big industrial park in a city. We have the usual village surroundings, with a bit more dust and the occasional cow wandering by. Being near the petrol pump is handy for the trucks and the people who work here. Our facility is mostly about the work and the machinery; we don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning and soft chairs. It’s a bit more rugged than that. We spend our shifts making sure the saws and the production lines are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s hard work, and we all go home a bit tired at the end of the day. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements or corporate speeches. We just show up, do the job, and handle whatever issues pop up during the day. The people who live in Dasgarpara and Rawaniya are our neighbors, and we’ve been part of this community for a good while. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, focusing on the actual work being done right here in the village.
