We are based out of Gram Darripo in the Kharenga area. It is a small place, but it is home for Jaymaa Karma Kissan Producer Company Limited. We spend our time working with the local farmers around Gram Darripo. It is not a flashy business. We don't have any polished brochures or a big website. Most of our work is done face-to-face right here in Kharenga. We started Jaymaa Karma Kissan Producer Company Limited because we saw that the farmers in Gram Darripo needed a way to work together. It’s mostly about the crops we grow around here. We have a small office, but we are usually out where the work is happening. The dust gets on everything, and our boots are rarely clean. That is just how it is when you are in the agriculture business. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days we are moving bags of grain, and other days we are just sitting and figuring out the accounts. It is a simple operation at Jaymaa Karma Kissan Producer Company Limited. Kharenga is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes about the next harvest. We are just a local group in Gram Darripo doing what needs to be done for the community.
