Our company is based in the Bakawand area of Bastar district. You can find us with Ramdayal Patel, who is the son of Shri Pralad. We are right there in Jaibel with the 494224 pin code. It’s a beautiful part of Chhattisgarh but the work is hard. Most of the people in our group have small plots of land. We came together to try and get better deals on things like fertilizer and seeds. It's tough when you are just one person. The office is just a basic building where we keep our records and meet up. It’s often dusty because of the roads nearby. We don't have air conditioning or anything like that. Just some old chairs and a table where we sit and talk. We spend a lot of time discussing the weather because that's what matters most to us. When the crops are ready, it gets very hectic around here. We try to coordinate everything so no one's hard work goes to waste. We aren't business experts by any means. We are just people who know how to work with our hands. We make mistakes with the accounting sometimes and have to spend hours fixing it. It's just a bunch of neighbors in Jaibel trying to make a living. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just want to keep the farms going for the next generation. That's the main thing for us.
