Gaatha Farms Producer Company Limited

If you head down Lamta Road, you'll find us over at the Adiwasi Bhawan building. It’s an old place, number 24109, and it has some character to it for sure. We started Gaatha Farms because we wanted to work directly with the land and the people around here. It’s not always easy, especially with the weather being so unpredictable lately. We spend a lot of time just talking to the local growers and seeing how the crops are coming along. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of ledgers. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We’re just local people trying to make the farm producer side of things work for everyone involved. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just life on Lamta Road. We deal with all sorts of produce depending on what’s in season. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the trucks are on time and the bags are filled right. My uncle used to say that farming is more about patience than anything else, and we see that every day. We’ve got a small group here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s checking the stores or answering the phone. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
