Chirag Freezers & Fabrication

Chirag Freezers & Fabrication is based in Fafadih, in the Raman Mandir Ward. We are right near the Satguru Kirana Store, which is where we usually go to get our biscuits and tea during the breaks. The workshop is a bit loud because of the fabrication work. There is usually the sound of metal being cut or someone welding in the back. It’s a dusty place with iron rods and sheets of metal leaning against the walls. We build things from scratch and fix up freezers that have seen better days. It is hard physical work, and our clothes usually end up with a few burn holes or stains by the end of the week. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just have a small shop where we take on whatever orders come in from the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just sit and clean the tools, and other days we are working late into the evening to finish a frame. The Raman Mandir area is a good community, and we know most of our neighbors by name. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a website or a big sign, just the work we do every day. If you need something made out of metal or a freezer looked at, you just walk in and talk to us. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
