Chandra Bhushan Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Uttar Barojhar, specifically in the Forestbpl area at Kodal Basty. We are based at the home of Ranka Lakra, who is the son of Khongu Lakra. Being out here near the forest means we have a very unique environment for our farming activities. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big towns, but we like the peace and the connection to the land. We are a group of farmers from this area who decided to form a producer company so we could help each other out. It’s not always easy being a farmer in Kodal Basty, as we have to deal with the elements and the distance to the markets. But having a formal company lets us organize things better. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate slogans. Our "About Us" is really just about the people who live and work here in Uttar Barojhar. We meet up at Ranka’s place to discuss which crops are doing well and how we can work together to get better prices. It’s a simple life, and our business reflects that. We are just trying to be a stable presence for the farmers in this community. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s the weather or the wildlife, but we stay focused on the work and helping our members get through the season together as a team.
