You can find us over in Risi Wada village, which is in the Narharpur area of Kanker. Munna Lal is the one who helps keep the place organized. We are a company made up of farmers from around here. It started because we were all tired of doing things separately and not getting anywhere. Now, we pool our resources and try to work as one group. It’s mostly about the crops we grow in these fields, like rice and other local grains. We don't have any fancy equipment or a big shiny office. We usually meet at Munna Lal’s place or out in the fields to discuss what needs to be done next. The sun can be pretty brutal in Kanker, but the work doesn't stop. We are just normal folks who know how to farm and are trying to learn how to run a business. It's a bit messy sometimes with all the different opinions in the group, but we figure it out eventually. We don't use any corporate jargon or make big claims about being the best. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and that the soil stays healthy for the next generation. It’s hard, honest work, and that’s about all there is to it. We keep our eyes on the weather and our hands in the dirt. Every season brings new challenges, but we face them together as a community.
