We operate out of 200-A in the Urla Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise and movement around us from the neighboring factories. Avinash Ispat has been sitting here for quite a while now. We handle ispat, or steel, for all kinds of uses. The building is large, but it’s mostly for storage and heavy machinery. We don't have fancy carpets or a front desk with a receptionist or anything like that. You usually find us out on the floor or in the small back office. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. The heat in Urla can be tough during the summer, but the work doesn't stop for the weather. We have a routine that we follow every day. Trucks arrive early, we unload, and then we start prepping the orders for the afternoon deliveries. It’s repetitive but it's what we know. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just supply steel to the people who need it. Most of our clients are other businesses in the industrial zone or nearby. We’ve built up a bit of a name just by being here and doing the work year after year. It’s not a glamorous life, but the steel industry is important for everything else. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks. It’s steady work and it keeps us going.
