We run Arpit Steels out of House No. 110, which is located right by Agrasen Chowk in Samta Colony. It’s a bit of an interesting setup because we are in a more residential-feeling area compared to the big industrial parks. Samta Colony is a nice place, and being near the chowk means we see a lot of the local life every day. We don’t have a massive warehouse, but we make the most of the space we have here. Our daily routine involves checking the stock, talking to regular customers, and making sure the deliveries are on track. Since we are in a house-based location, it feels a bit more personal and less cold than a big corporation. There’s usually someone around to help if you have a question, and we don't use any fancy systems—just good old-fashioned notebooks and some basic computers for the bills. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get busy when a few people show up at once. We like being part of the community around Agrasen Chowk. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes to manage the space, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job well and keep things running smoothly for everyone in the colony who needs steel. We drink a lot of chai and just get through the work.
