We deal with structural steel and general milling work. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a mill—loud, busy, and always moving. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. The team here is a mix of older guys who know the machines inside out and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just come in, start the machines, and get the orders filled. Sometimes there are delays or things don't go perfectly, but we just fix it and move on. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. The office is right next to the mill floor, so there is no escaping the sound of work being done. We prefer it that way so we can see what is happening.
