Arth Metallurgicals Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sector-3 of Professor Colony in Raipur. It is an interesting location for a company like ours because the colony name suggests a very quiet, academic atmosphere, but we are right there in the mix. Raipur is a city that never seems to stop growing, and you can feel that expansion even in our little corner of Sector-3. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays relatively cool thanks to a few old trees nearby. We spend most of our time dealing with technical things, so the inside of the building is mostly desks and bookshelves filled with manuals. The floors are that old-fashioned tile that stays cold under your feet, which is nice when the Raipur heat starts to climb. We know the neighbors quite well, and sometimes they pop in just to say hello or complain about the dust from the road construction. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we frequent probably more than we should. The commute here is not too bad, as long as you avoid the main intersections during the school run. Our team has been together for a while, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a front door and a hallway that leads to where the real work happens.
