Working out of D-504 in Juhi Apartments feels a bit different than the typical high-rise office buildings you see elsewhere. Being tucked away in Jal Vayu Vihar inside the Defence Enclave here in Kharghar gives the place a much quieter vibe. We are right in Sector 20, and most of us living nearby find it quite handy to have the workplace so close to the main residential bits of Navi Mumbai. The office itself is basically a converted apartment, so it has that lived-in feel which keeps things relaxed even when the phones are ringing non-stop. Since it is Wipro Bpo, there is always plenty to do, mostly handling all the stuff that happens behind the scenes for other companies. We spend a lot of time at our desks with headsets on, just getting through the daily tasks. Kharghar has really grown over the last few years, and you can see the new developments from the windows here. It is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces joining the team lately. We take our breaks together and sometimes go for a quick walk downstairs just to get some fresh air. It isn't a flashy setup, but it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours making sure the work gets done correctly. The security at the gate is pretty strict since it's a Defence Enclave, so we always have our IDs ready. It’s just a regular part of our daily routine now.
