Our base is over in Kharghar, at Gulmohar CHS in Sector 15. We’re in the Spaghetti area, which is a bit of a funny name, but it’s a good spot to be in Navi Mumbai. We’re a construction company, so we’re often out on sites rather than sitting in the office all day. The office itself is more for the paperwork, the blueprints, and the bills that come with building things. It’s a practical space. We’ve got samples of materials lying around and dusty boots near the door. We didn't want a fancy office in a mall. We wanted something closer to where the actual work happens. Building things is hard work and it’s often messy, so our office reflects that reality. We don't promise miracles or anything impossible. We just look at the plans, see what’s needed, and try to get the construction moving forward without too many delays. Sometimes weather gets in the way or supplies don't show up on time, and we just have to deal with it. We’re local people who know how things work in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built and asking who did it. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of planning to make sure things stand up right and last for a long time. It isn't a glamorous life, but we like seeing a building come together.
