Star Polymers Panvel

Star Polymers Panvel is run out of 1/A Anandi Apartments here in Panvel. It’s a residential-style building, so it’s not your typical factory-looking place. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the polymer business from this spot in Maharashtra. Panvel is a good location because it connects us to a lot of other industrial areas, though the traffic on the main roads can be a nightmare some days. The office is pretty small and filled with files and samples. We’ve been at this for a while, just dealing with orders and talking to suppliers. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are dealing with industrial materials. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of our customers find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been buying from us for years. We just try to get the orders right and send them out on time. The apartment setup works for us because it keeps overhead low. You’ll usually find one of us drinking tea and going through the books. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless the phones start ringing all at once. We like the neighborhood, it's got everything we need close by. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do it every day. It's nothing special, just a small business trying to keep its head above water and keep customers happy with what they get.
