We’re up on the fifth floor of Shankeshwar Heighta, specifically in room 506. Our building is right in Sector 11 of Kharghar, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that seems to be getting bigger every single day. The view from the office isn't bad, mostly looking out over the other apartment blocks and the hills in the distance when it isn't too hazy. As Hr.Recruter, we spend our days talking to people who are looking for jobs and companies that need help finding staff. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and making phone calls. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all morning. We try to keep things organized, but in a small office like this, it can get a bit cluttered with files and notes. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though. We aren't the type to wear suits unless we really have to for a meeting. Mostly, it's just us sitting around the computers trying to match the right person to the right role. Kharghar 410210 is a good spot because it’s easy for people to get to by train or bus. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door, each with their own story. It’s interesting work, even if it’s mostly just administrative stuff at the end of the day. We just try to stay honest with people and get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we stay a little late to finish up the paperwork.
