You can find us at Plot No 71/72 in Sector-18, right near New Vastu Vihar over in Kharghar. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We have been operating here for years, keeping the gates open for students who come from all over the local neighborhood. The school building has several floors, and we try our best to keep the hallways clear, though that is almost impossible when the bell rings for recess and everyone runs out at once. Kharghar has grown a lot since we first set up, and we have seen the whole area change right around us. We handle the daily tasks like any other school would—lesson plans, parent meetings, and keeping the small playground area usable. It isn't always perfect here. Sometimes the heavy rains make things a bit messy outside, and we have to shuffle the schedules around at the last minute. We use the classrooms for the usual subjects, and there is a bit of space for the kids to run around when they have their breaks. The staff room is usually full of tea cups and stacks of notebooks waiting to be checked by the teachers. We don't have a big corporate office; it is just the principal’s room and the administrative desk near the front entrance. Most of the parents live nearby, so we see many of the same faces every single day. It feels like a normal part of the community.
