Krishnaveni Talent School

Our school is located in Shop No 1 and 2 of the Kamalkunj building, on Plot No 40 in Kharghar. Being in a shop-style space means we are right on the ground level, which makes it easy for parents to drop their kids off. Navi Mumbai is quite organized, and our little corner of Kharghar is no different. We have partitioned the space into classrooms where we focus on various subjects and activities. It’s not a massive campus with a track or a field, but we make the most of the rooms we have. The floors are tiled, and we keep some shelves for books and supplies along the back. Often, you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood through the front doors. We have a small desk near the entrance for administrative stuff like taking fees or answering questions. The students come here after their regular school hours or for specific talent classes. It’s a practical place, nothing fancy or over-decorated. We just have what we need to teach. Most of our students live in the apartments nearby, so it’s a short walk for them. We’ve been at this Kamalkunj location for a while and have become a regular part of the street. It’s just us doing our daily work with the local kids. Sometimes we have to rearrange the chairs to make more space for a group activity. We also spend a lot of time wiping down the tables after the students leave. It’s a small operation, but we keep it running every day.
