Radical Engineering Solutions

Our workshop is located at Blue Sky Olive on Baif Road in Wagholi. It’s a bit of a drive out to Ranjangaon from the city center, but we’re used to the commute by now. The space is mostly filled with tools, machine parts, and metal scraps. It’s an engineering spot, so it’s never really clean. We’ve got oil stains on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. We spend most of our time fixing things or trying to figure out how to put something together. It’s hands-on work. We don't spend much time in front of computers unless we have to. Some days are really long, especially when a machine breaks down and needs to be sorted before the next morning. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t wear suits; we wear overalls that have seen better days. The area is growing fast, so there’s always construction noise nearby. We’ve been at this for a while and we know our way around the equipment. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a small table in the corner for lunch and that’s about it. People come to us when they have a technical problem that needs a real fix. We don’t do a lot of talking, we just get to work. It’s a quiet life in a way, just us and the machines. We focus on the task and try to get it right.
