You have to head out to Tilore to find us. We are in the post area of Vighavli, which is part of Mangoan taluka. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we have our space. Keshav Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a while. The building is solid, made of brick and tin. We do a lot of heavy work, so the floor is always a bit stained with oil and marks from moving heavy equipment. Around here, everyone knows everyone. It’s quiet except for when the machines are running. We have a small yard out back where we keep scrap metal and some old parts. The weather gets pretty intense during the rains, and sometimes the road to the post office gets a bit muddy. We don't mind it much. We have a small team of workers who live nearby. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what needs to be done. We don't have those big corporate boards or mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and some safety posters that have faded over time. If a customer comes by, we usually just pull up a plastic chair for them in the main area. It’s a simple way of doing business. We focus on the machines and making sure the parts are right. That’s pretty much our whole day, every day. It is just steady work in a quiet part of the country.
