We are situated in the TTC Industrial Area in MIDC Nerul. Our plot is D-222-14. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks nearby. Our workshop is a large space with high ceilings and heavy metal doors. There’s the smell of oil and cut steel that you just can't get rid of, no matter how much you clean. We have lathes, drills, and various other machines that we’ve used for years. Most of us have grease under our fingernails by the end of the shift. We aren't the type to wear suits; we prefer our work clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. There is a small office partitioned off in one corner where the drawings and blueprints are kept flat on a big table. It’s where we do all the measurements and planning before we start cutting anything. The heat in the summer can be tough inside the shed, but we have some large fans that help a bit. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the metalwork and making sure the parts we make fit together like they are supposed to. It’s a long day of standing on concrete floors, but we like the feeling of making something solid that people actually use. That is what happens here every day at our shop until we go home.
