Ksrv Higher Secondary School

Ksrv Higher Secondary School is located at Bungalow No 1 in the Westend Apartment complex over in Nerul. Being in Sector 19A, we are in a fairly quiet part of Navi Mumbai, which helps the students focus during their classes. It is a bit different running a higher secondary school out of a bungalow, but it gives the place a much more personal feel than a standard school building. We have different rooms set up for different subjects, and the old layout of the house actually works quite well for smaller class sizes. You will find us right on the ground floor area mostly. There is a bit of a yard where students hang out during their breaks, and you can usually hear the hum of lessons going on if you walk by the windows. We have been here for a while, so the neighbors are used to the morning rush when everyone arrives. We do not have a big corporate office; it is just us teachers and the administrative staff working out of the main rooms. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the dining-turned-office table, and the bell we use is just a hand-operated one. It is a very hands-on way of running things. Parents often drop in just to say hello or check on how their teenagers are doing with their studies. It is a simple, local school life here in Nerul, and we do not try to make it seem like anything more than that.
