Jasmira Engineers Private Limited is based out of R-900 in the TTC Industrial Area. We are right on the Thane Belapur Road in Rabale. Being in the MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other big and small plants. Our building is a practical space where we handle various engineering projects. We have been here for a bit now, focusing on the technical side of things. It’s an industrial setup, so it’s not particularly pretty. There are pipes, metal sheets, and heavy equipment around the floor. We have a small team of people who know their way around a blueprint. Most of our day is spent checking specs and making sure the machinery is doing what it is supposed to do. We don't spend much on advertising or making the office look fancy. We prefer to spend that time on the shop floor. The road outside is always busy with trucks and workers going back and forth. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We take our work seriously because in engineering, small mistakes can cause big problems later. We deal with other businesses mostly, providing the parts or services they need to keep their own operations running. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it. We just show up, do the job, and go home like everyone else in Rabale. It is a straightforward business with no big secrets or complicated corporate rules.
