Our engineering setup is located at Flat No. 13 in the Durgesh Apartment building in Upper Khopoli. We are in the care of Umesh Kharose and this is where we handle all our day-to-day tasks. Khopoli is a nice area especially being in the Raigad district with the hills nearby. The apartment is a quiet place to work on engineering projects and we have everything we need set up in the main room. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees we are just a small team trying to do good work. Being in a residential building like Durgesh Apartment means we have to be mindful of our neighbors so we keep things pretty quiet. Most of our day is spent at the computer or on the phone coordinating with different people. Khalapur taluka is a growing area and there is always some kind of construction or development happening around us. We don't have any polished sales pitches or brochures to hand out. If you need engineering help you just come by the flat and we can talk about what needs to be done. It is a very informal way of doing business but it works well for us. We like the pace of life here in Khopoli and we plan on staying in this apartment for the foreseeable future while we continue our work. It feels right to be here among the people instead of some sterile office park.
