Dynamic Drive Systems Pvt. Ltd. is situated out at Plot No-J-19 in the MIDC Industrial Area of Taloja. We are right near Ratan Motor, which is a big help for giving directions to people who haven't been out this way before. Being in the industrial zone means it’s always loud with the sound of trucks and heavy machinery from the neighboring plots. Our building is a basic industrial unit. We have a space for the engineering work and a small corner for the office stuff. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s where we get the real work done. We spend a lot of time dealing with drive systems and mechanical parts. The air is often a bit heavy with the smell of oil and metal, which is just how it is in Taloja. We are a small group of people who have been working together for quite a while. We don’t have fancy lunchrooms; we usually just eat our tiffins at our desks or out in the workshop. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making the commute a bit of a challenge. We don't bother with a lot of marketing or polished presentations. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the industry. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure everything we build or fix actually works the way it should.
