Furnace Fabrica Limited

Our office for Furnace Fabrica Limited is located in Kharghar, right in Navi Mumbai. We are up on the sixth floor of the Ridhima building in Sector 12. It’s an interesting setup because it is a residential-style complex, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have been in Flat 602 for a while now, and the view of the plot F-90 area is something we see every morning. It is usually a mix of busy office hours and the general quiet of the building. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of engineering papers scattered around. The commute in Navi Mumbai can be a bit much, but once we are in the office, things settle down into a steady rhythm. We aren't really into the whole big company image. We are just a group of people who know how to handle furnace projects and fabrication work. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or checking on site updates. It is a very normal, local way to run a business. We like the fact that it’s a bit informal because it lets us focus on the actual work.
