Deep Enggineering Co. is based at Plot No. K14 in the Balaji Industrial Park, which is part of Tondre Village in Taloja Midc. It’s a bit of a way out, but it’s a good spot for the kind of engineering work we do. The park is full of different businesses, and we are just one of the shops working away. Our space is filled with metal, tools, and the smell of oil. It’s not a place for fancy clothes; we usually have dirt on our hands by the end of the morning. We don't have any corporate goals written on the walls. We just try to get the jobs done that people bring to us. The address is a bit long to write out, but once you get to Taloja Midc, finding Balaji Industrial Park isn't too hard. We’ve been here long enough to know the local suppliers and the other folks in the village. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm in the country. We just focus on our own plot and our own customers. Sometimes the work is repetitive and sometimes it’s a bit more complicated, but we take it as it comes. We like the practical side of things. It’s a straightforward life at K14, just doing the engineering work we know how to do. Most days we just keep to ourselves and focus on the machines. It works for us.
