Seemanchal Aqua Private Limited is based out of Purnia East. We work from Utpal Debnath’s place in the village of Biloriapanch, specifically the Belaur area. It is a small aqua business and we have been around for a bit now. It gets really hot in this part of Bihar, so we saw a need for what we do right here in the local community. The office isn't anything like a big city building. It is actually just a part of the house where we handle the paperwork and talk to people who stop by. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby lanes. We know the roads around Purnia quite well. We try to keep things running as smooth as we can, but sometimes the rain or the power cuts make things difficult. That is just part of living and working in a village. We do not have a big team of marketing people or fancy advertisements. It is just us doing the daily work of distribution and managing the water business. People know where to find us if they need anything. We start early in the morning before it gets too dusty. Everything we do happens right here at Utpal’s house. It is a simple, straightforward operation without any big corporate speeches. We just focus on making sure the business stays afloat and our neighbors in Belauri are taken care of when they come to us.
