We are P3It Consulting Private Limited. Our workspace is in Flat No 401 at Sunrise Sarovar. It’s a residential-style building in the Hanspal area of Bhubaneswar. Being in Khorda, we are part of the local mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been here for a bit now, working out of this apartment-style office. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which suits us just fine. We do consulting work mostly. Most days it's just the sound of typing and the occasional tea break. The 752101 area is growing fast. We see new buildings going up all the time around us. We are in Orissa, India, and we try to stay connected with what’s happening locally. The office has enough room for our team to sit and figure out problems. It’s not a place with a big sign outside or anything fancy. You just look for Sunrise Sarovar and head up to the fourth floor. We keep things pretty straightforward. No big meetings or long speeches. Just people doing their jobs. We like the quiet of Hanspal compared to the very center of the city. It allows us to focus on the technical details of our consulting projects without too much distraction. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is near, but usually, we wrap up at a decent hour. The building has a good feel to it and the neighbors are friendly enough. It works for the kind of small-scale consulting we handle.
