We are Chiraagtechno and we are based out of Puri in Orissa. It is a very different place than the big cities like Mumbai or Delhi. Being in Puri, you always feel the presence of the coast and the temple. Our work life is pretty straightforward. We don't have a giant office building or anything like that. It is just a small place where we handle our daily tasks. The weather is usually quite warm and humid, so we keep the fans going all day. We have been here for a while and we know the area well. It is not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do. People here are friendly and we often stop to talk to neighbors. Our setup is basic—just some desks, chairs, and our equipment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It’s more about just getting the job done. The pace of life in Orissa is a bit slower, and we think that shows in how we run things. We are just local people doing our work in a place we know well. There is no big marketing team here, just us answering the phones and working on our projects. It’s a quiet but steady way to live and work. The ceiling fan wobbles a little when it's on high speed.
