Hi-Tech Developers is located in the Brit Colony area, specifically at Mig, 15 Stage 2. This is a residential colony, so the vibe is much quieter than what you would find on a main commercial road. Our office is basically an MIG flat that we use for our operations. It gives the whole business a very neighborly feel because we are surrounded by people living their daily lives. You can often hear kids playing outside or neighbors chatting in the hallways. We like this location because it isn't stressful or loud. Inside the office, things are pretty simple. We have a few desks arranged in what used to be a living room. We spend our time looking over plans and talking to people who are interested in development projects within the colony or nearby. It is a small team here, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here in Stage 2 of Brit Colony. It’s a very humble setup, and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We appreciate the slow pace of the colony life and the fact that we can work in a place that feels like a home. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing.
