Our office is situated at Plot Number Rc-8 on Sallyride Path in Bidhannagar. It is a bit of a specific location to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of this part of town. The area is mostly plots and office buildings, so it has a more professional feel than a residential street, but it is still quite grounded. The building isn't anything extraordinary to look at. We have our space inside where we handle all the engineering work and planning. There are usually a lot of drawings and maps spread out on the tables. It’s a bit messy with rolls of paper and different tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a fancy corporate headquarters. We just have sturdy desks and enough light to see what we are doing. Most of the staff has been here for a bit, so we have a routine. We come in, get our tea, and start looking at the projects for the day. The windows look out onto Sallyride Path, which is usually busy with people going to other offices. It can get a bit loud when there is construction nearby, which happens a lot in Bidhannagar. We just keep the doors shut and focus on the technical details we have to get through. It’s a straightforward place to work without any unnecessary frills or complicated rules about how to act.
