Texmaco Limited

Texmaco Limited is located out in Hanschare village. It’s a quiet place in the East Midnapore district of West Bengal. The post office is also called Hanschare, so that makes it easy to remember. We are surrounded by a lot of green space and fields, which is different from being in the middle of a big city like Kolkata. Most of the people who work here are from the village or nearby areas. We have a simple setup here. It’s not fancy, just the buildings and the equipment we need for our daily work. Life moves a bit slower here, but we keep busy with our responsibilities. Sometimes when it rains hard during the monsoon, the roads get a bit muddy, but we’ve lived here long enough to not mind it too much. We focus on the work we have to do and don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. It’s a functional space. We’ve been part of this community in East Midnapore for quite some time. Everyone knows where the Texmaco site is. It’s just a regular workplace where people put in their hours and go home to their families. We don’t have any big corporate events or anything. We just show up, do the job, and that’s about it. It works for everyone involved. We just keep the gears turning and handle the stuff as it arrives.
