Mascot Engineering & Projects

Mascot Engineering & Projects is our outfit based out of Manjusree in Haldia. We are right in the Purba Midnapur district, which is a hub for a lot of industrial activity. Our office and workshop are located here, and we mostly handle different types of engineering projects for the local plants. It’s a very industrial setting, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery in the background. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us engineers and the technicians who do the actual heavy lifting. We spend our time looking at project specs and making sure everything is fabricated correctly before it goes to the site. Haldia is a busy place, and being in Manjusree puts us right in the middle of it all. We have a small yard where we store some of our equipment and raw materials. Sometimes the weather gets really rough here, especially during the monsoon, which can slow things down, but we just deal with it. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty when a machine breaks down or a project gets stuck. It’s just how things work in this line of business. People know us for being around and getting the job finished eventually. It’s not always pretty, but we make sure the technical details are right.
