Engineers & Architects

You can find us in Nischindipur, specifically in Ward No-04 in Ghatal, West Bengal. We are a small team of engineers and architects working out of this local office. The area is quite traditional and we like being part of the community here. Our daily routine involves a lot of sketching and talking about how to make buildings work better in this climate. It is not a high-tech office with glass walls. It is a plain room with some drafting tables and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites in the district to see how the construction is going. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes but we manage to get where we need to be. We don't use any slick marketing because we think the work speaks for itself once the building is standing. We handle everything from the initial drawings to the final checks. It is a lot of responsibility but we have been doing it for a while now. Sometimes we have to explain things multiple times to the workers on site but that is just part of the process. We stay busy with various local projects and try to keep things moving along as best as we can. It is a steady way to earn a living and we enjoy the puzzles that come with every new design we start.
