We've been over here at Berth-4A in the Haldia Dock Complex for a while now. Most days it’s just busy with the ships coming in and the site work at the Isphl area. It’s a lot of metal and salt air around here. People know where we are because of the big cranes and the constant movement. Usually, it's pretty loud with all the machinery, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team mostly just focuses on getting the daily jobs done without making a fuss. If you’re looking for us, we’re right by the water, basically. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a functional site where the work happens. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, especially when it rains hard, but that’s just how it is at the docks. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics or whatever the day throws at us. There’s always someone around checking on the gear or moving things from one spot to another. It gets dusty, and the ground is mostly gravel and concrete. We’ve been at this spot long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. It isn't a place for meetings or coffee breaks, just a spot where the heavy lifting gets done. It's a grit-and-dirt kind of place, really. We just make sure the equipment stays running and the site is tidy enough to work.
