Progressice

I decided to set up Progressice here in Durgapur because it’s where I live and I wanted to build something of my own. It isn’t some big corporate branch or a high-end agency. It’s just a small space in West Bengal where we try to get through our daily tasks without too much fuss. Some days are better than others, especially when the power stays on and the internet doesn't act up. We don't have any polished marketing teams or fancy slogans. It is just me and a couple of others trying to handle the projects that come our way. People in Durgapur are mostly working in the industrial sectors, so we try to find our own path in the middle of all that. The name Progressice was just something that stuck, even if it’s a bit unusual. We spend a lot of time just sitting at our desks, answering emails and making sure the work is actually getting finished on time. It can be quite a struggle sometimes to keep everything organized, and I often find myself staying late just to catch up on paperwork. We don't really have a big sign out front, so you kind of have to know where we are to find us. It’s a very basic setup with mismatched chairs and piles of notebooks, but it’s ours. I just want to keep the lights on and do a decent job for whoever walks through the door. That's the whole truth of it.
