B. B. College, Asansol

B. B. College is located in the Ushagram area of Asansol. It's a well-known spot in this part of West Bengal. We’ve been here for many years, so the buildings have that old, established look to them. Asansol is a busy place, and the college sits right in the middle of all that activity. We have different departments for arts, science, and commerce. It can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day when all the batches are changing over. The canteen is usually the loudest place on campus. We don’t have fancy modern architecture, but there's a lot of history in these walls. Students come from all over the city and even from nearby towns. The administrative office is always buried under files, especially during the exam season. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with so many students, it’s a constant job. There are some old trees on the property that provide good shade during the hot months. Most of us who work here have lived in Asansol our whole lives. We don't use much fancy language to describe ourselves; we’re just a local college providing education to the community. It’s a place where you’ll see students hanging out after class, talking about their futures. It’s just a normal, busy college in a busy industrial town in West Bengal that people know well.
