The area is part of Gat No. 1420 and Plot No. 229/235. Wagholi has grown so much in the last few years, and it can be quite a struggle with the traffic on the main road, but once you get inside the society, it’s actually quite nice and calm. We decided to set up in a residential complex because it’s easier than dealing with the high rents in the main Pune city. Our team is small and we mostly sit around the dining table or in the extra bedrooms we’ve converted into workspaces. It's not a formal environment at all. You might hear the sounds of kids playing outside or a delivery person coming to the door. We like it this way because it feels more relaxed. We spend our days writing code and testing things out. Sometimes we have meetings over snacks in the kitchen. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about, we just take on software work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most of our communication is done online anyway, so this flat works perfectly for our needs. We just do our thing here every day.
