Mithi Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based at 103 Mayfair Court on Dr Pai Marg. We are located in Nachiket Park, which is just off Baner Road in Pune. We have been in this same spot for a good number of years. Our work is mainly focused on making email and collaboration software for businesses. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a dedicated team of people who like to solve technical problems. The office is a regular workspace with lots of screens and some server racks humming in the background. We don't really go for the flashy office designs you see in magazines. We just need a quiet place to write our code and test our systems. Baner Road has become very busy lately, but our corner in Nachiket Park stays fairly calm. We have some long-time employees who have seen the company grow from the beginning. We don't have a big sales pitch or a lot of marketing materials. We just focus on making sure our software is reliable and easy for people to use. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about things other than work. It’s a comfortable, steady environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to do our work well and keep our users happy. It’s a straightforward approach to the software business and it has worked for us so far.
