Emp Systems

Emp Systems is based at Samson Quarter-4 in Shitla Nagar. We are part of the Thomss Colony in the Dehuroad area of Pune. Our setup is pretty simple and doesn’t have any of the bells and whistles you might find in a big tech park. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on our systems work without too much noise. The building is older and has a bit of character, which we like. Most of our day is spent sitting at our desks, working through technical problems and making sure everything is functioning as it should. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk across the room if someone has a question. The neighborhood of Shitla Nagar is mostly residential and other small offices, so it’s a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of Maharashtra’s busier hubs. We have a small area where we keep our bags and have our tea in the morning. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out, but we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a very human way of working. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local tea seller and the guy at the corner shop. We just come in, do our bit for the day, and then head back to our homes. It's a straightforward life.
