Up on the 7th floor of Marvel Edge in Viman Nagar, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s right across from the Neco Garden Society. Being at C-7010 gives us a pretty good view of the Pune traffic below, which is usually a mess. At Quick Heal, we spend a lot of time dealing with software and security stuff. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and typing away. The office has that typical tech feel—lots of monitors, some coffee cups left on desks, and people wearing headphones to concentrate. It’s not always quiet, though. There’s usually a lot of chatter about some bug or a system update that’s giving someone trouble. We have our meetings in small glass rooms, but mostly we just talk across the cubicles. Viman Nagar is a lively area, so there are always good places to grab a bite nearby, though we often just eat at our desks if we’re busy. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow in the mornings, which is a bit of a pain. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just work on making the software better and trying to stay ahead of whatever problems come up. It’s a steady job with a lot of screen time. Sometimes we stay late when a release is coming up, but that’s just part of the tech life here in Pune and we are used to the rhythm of it now.
