You can find us in Gokhale Nagar, right across from Ganesh Sweet and near the Axis Bank ATM. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re looking for 537/58. Laptotech Solutions is basically a workshop filled with spare parts, screwdrivers, and half-opened laptops. We aren't a big, shiny retail store. It’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty fixing screens, motherboards, and keyboard issues. Most of the time, the shop smells a bit like solder and coffee. We’ve been here in Pune for a while, and people usually come to us because they’ve heard we can figure out what’s wrong with their computers when they stop working. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll probably just see one of us come out from the back with a tool in hand. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. Sometimes a repair is quick, and other times we’re scratching our heads for hours trying to find a stubborn glitch. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what’s broken and how we’re going to fix it. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the feeling of getting a dead machine to boot up again. If you’re passing by Ganesh Sweet, you’ll see our small sign. We’re usually there, hunched over a desk, trying to make things work.
