We’re located over at 101 Kharadi, on the first floor. It’s a straightforward setup where we handle things related to steel buildings. It’s not a very fancy office, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints, talking to contractors, and making sure the steel orders are on track. It’s a lot of logistics and technical details that we have to keep straight. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but we've gotten used to the hum of the place. We don't use any of those big marketing words you see in brochures. We’re just a bunch of people who know a thing or two about construction and steel. We’ve been in the Kharadi area for a while, so we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. Sometimes the work is stressful, especially when deadlines are tight or a shipment is late, but we just push through it. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just want to get the job done right and make sure the buildings stay standing. It’s practical work for practical people. If you come by the first floor, you'll probably see us buried under a pile of drawings or checking something on a computer. It's a lot of coffee and late afternoons, but we don't mind the grind too much.
