Yogesh Garage

You have to look closely to find Yogesh Garage because we are situated right under the Food King Hotel. The address says Survey No. 34/4/3 in Dhanakawadi. It is a bit of a weird spot, being tucked away like that, but it stays cool when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. There is always the smell of oil and old tires around here, which I guess is what you expect from a garage. We have tools scattered around on the benches because we are always working on something. Sometimes it’s a car that won’t start or something making a clicking sound that shouldn't be there. We just take it apart and see what is wrong. It can get pretty messy when the rain starts and the water runs near the entrance, but we just push it out and keep going. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they have the grease to prove it. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around or go get something to eat at the hotel upstairs while we are under the hood of their vehicle. It is just honest work day in and day out. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage the work ourselves. If the lights are on, we are probably inside fixing something.
