Yogesh Dilip Shirolkar

I’ve got my setup here on Link Road, right in the C Wing of Indraprastha Apartment. It’s a familiar spot if you know the area across from Kamlesh Auto. Most of my time is spent dealing with papers and meetings right here in this office space. It’s not a large room, just enough for the desk, some chairs, and a lot of files that seem to pile up no matter how much I try to organize them. The apartment complex is usually busy with people coming and going at all hours. Sometimes I look out the window and watch the mechanics working over at the auto shop when things get a bit slow on my end. Dealing with work here means a lot of phone calls and keeping track of various details throughout the day. I’ve lived and worked in this part of Pune for quite a while now. My routine is pretty set. I start the morning with a cup of tea and go through the list of things that need finishing. People come by with questions or documents, and we sit down to figure things out together. It’s just me and the occasional help when things get too busy to handle alone. The commute isn't bad since I'm right on the main road. It gets noisy with the traffic on Link Road, but you stop noticing it after a few years of being here. It’s a practical place to get things done without too much fuss or extra distraction.
